The Project includes general and specialized trainings for the employees of BPI Co. in relation to preparation, implementation, management and monitoring of OPTTI projects, moderated workshops on specialized and general management topics, as well as study visits to exchange experience and good practices.
Main objective: Enhancing the capacity of the employees of BPI Co. involved in the process of preparation, implementation, and management and monitoring of projects under OPTTI.
Specific objectives:
- Strengthening and enhancing the administrative capacity of BPI Co. employees in relation to preparation of the next programming period (2021 – 2027) by conducting specific trainings to enable identification and preparation of quality and strategic port development projects ;
- Strengthening and enhancing the administrative capacity of BPI Co. for effective preparation, implementation, monitoring, control, evaluation and promotion of investments in ports for improving the efficiency of BPI Co. projects implementation in the current programming period.
The project includes the following activities:
