І. In accordance with Order No. РД-09-09/31.01.2024 of the Director General of the Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company, starting from 01.02.2024 the “Tariff for port fees, collected by the Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company“ shall apply to the port, pursuant to art. 106a of the Marine Areas, Inland Waterways and Ports of the Republic of Bulgaria Act – Port of Varna;

ІІ. In accordance with Order No. РД-09-10/31.01.2024 of the Director General of the Bulgarian Port Infrastructure Company, starting from 01.02.2024 the “Tariff for port fees, collected by the Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company“ shall apply to the port, pursuant to art. 106a of the Marine Areas, Inland Waterways and Ports of the Republic of Bulgaria Act – Port of Burgas";

ІІІ. In accordance with Order No. РД-09-11/31.01.2024 of the Director General of the Bulgarian Port Infrastructure Company, starting from 01.02.2024 the “Tariff for port fees, collected by the Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company at state-owned river public transport port terminals“ shall apply.
