Due to certain diverse issues and difficulties in the operation of the CEERIS system, the management of the Bulgarian Port Infrastructure Company decided to restore the access to the System for electronic processing of ship documents at arrival/departure to/from Bulgarian ports on the Danube River (Single Window), starting from 15.01.2024. In the time interval from 09:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on 15.01.2024, all the accounts, providing access to the Single Window will be restored. 

Any issues that may arise will be resolved by 31.07.2024, and then a new two-month test period for the operation of the CEERIS system will commence. We expected that starting from 01.10.2024, CEERIS will successfully replace Single Window as the sole system for electronic reporting of ship arrivals and departures to/from the Bulgarian ports on the Danube.
