Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Co. is already a member of the World Association for Waterborne Transport Infrastructure – PIANC. The Association brings together the best interntional experts in the field of ports.

PIANC has over 2400 members from 45 different countries. The Association brings together experts with extensive experience in technical, economic and environemnatl issues related to the development of ports and waterborne transport infrastructure, while presenting the position and encouraging the development of young professionals in the field.

PIANC is a forum for port authorities, agencies, academic structures and companies. The Association’s reports and publications serve as a basis for the development of international and national standards, including EU regulations and directives. Focus is put on the practical application of the latest academic developments, innovations, environmental initiatives and strategic port projects.
