Anguel Zabourtov awarded the prize winners in Regatta “Port Varna 2017”

With a lot of smiles, nice summer emotions, a great dose of adrenaline in the blood and a champagne rain, the Port of Varna 2017 sailing regatta was successfully completed and the Director General of Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company Mr. Anguel Zabourtov was tasked with the most pleasant task: to award the prize winners.
The contest race was held from 6th to 9th July in the Varna Bay aquatory. The sea was filled with sails, and Varna citizens and guests of the city had the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful view from the shore.
About 30 yachts from Varna, Balchik, Tsarevo, Burgas, Sozopol and Sofia competed in the contest with yachts from classes Conrad 25Р, ORC-A, ORC-B, ORC-C and ORC-D.
The Yacht Club “Cap. G. Georgiev – Port Varna” was host and organizer of the traditional regatta for keel yachts. The sporting event was held with the support of BPI Co.
