Internship Program for 2015 begins on 1 June and is aimed at capable and motivated students studying in the areas of operation of the fleet and ports, construction (hydro, transportation construction, buildings and facilities), information technology, radio equipment and technologies, ecology and environmental management, finance and accounting, international relations, law, European standards, project management and human resources management.

Approved candidates are offered unpaid or paid internship to acquire valuable practical experience and get acquainted of port activities and infrastructure, as well as in other of the object of activity of the Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company /BPI Co./

The Management now expect nominations of qualified, energetic and creative young professionals who appreciate the loyalty and trust, and are motivated for dynamic and innovative work to conduct practical training in BPI Co.

Admission conditions

• Students in second or higher training in the following areas: operation of the fleets and ports, construction (hydro, transportation construction, buildings and facilities), information technologies, radio-communications, ecology and environmental management, finance and accountancy, international relations, law, European Studies, project management and human resources.
• Excellent computer skills
• Very good command of English
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• To show interest in the field of port activities and infrastructure, and water transport
• Be proactive and ambitious people who are open to new knowledge and adaptive to change
• To have successfully completed the last semester / module of the program of training, taken at the time of applying for the internship
• The internship is carried out after selection of the received applications.

Type and length of the practical training

• Internship in BPI Co is unpaid or paid depending on the duration, intensity, specifics of internship activities and individual capabilities and characteristics of the candidates.
• The duration of the internship depends on the obligations, provided in the specific divisions of BPI Co. and the usual duration is from 1 to 3 months.
